Diagnostics & Maintenability Engineer– Energy & Aftermarket Technology

We are looking for an experienced Diagnostics Project Manager to take a key role in advancing aftermarket capabilities within the energy technology domain. This position requires deep expertise in diagnostics development, maintainability engineering, and cross-functional project leadership.What You Will Do • Lead diagnostics activities for energy storage products • Coordinate diagnostics scope across engineering teams, prioritize work, and prepare reports • Develop diagnostics processes, instructions, troubleshooting guides, and root cause analysis structures • Prepare training materials and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions • Drive feature proposals during PI planning • Collaborate with system owners to improve system performance monitoring and feedback loops • Analyze prototype testing diagnostics, warranty/repair diagnostics, and service tool requirements • Support failure mode analysis, corrective actions, and maintainability strategy development • Use data analysis to identify high-impact maintainability areas and influence concept development • Visualize maintenance costs and validate feature roadmaps • Act as the Maintenability Engineering representative in technology sub-streams • Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvementAbout You • 8+ years of relevant experience in diagnostics, aftermarket technology, or maintainability engineering • Strong background in root cause analysis, fault detection, troubleshooting and repair strategies • Ability to lead complex technical tasks and collaborate with diverse engineering and product teams • Skilled in using data to influence early technical concepts and maintenance-driven design decisions • A proactive contributor with a T-shaped profile and strong cross-domain understanding • Experienced in mentoring, coaching, or training technical teams • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skillsIf you are passionate about shaping next-generation aftermarket diagnostics, driving maintainability improvements, and influencing technology development from an early stage, we would like to hear from you.
