Job Description

Responsibilities Handle and deliver European spare parts orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipment; Manage abnormal issues in the spare parts warehouse, promptly address material shortages and customers' special requirements to guarantee on-time delivery; Process settlement, refund and other businesses related to spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate settlement; Manage spare parts accounting and conduct daily data monitoring and analysis; Undertake other work related to spare parts/logistics operations, including payment settlement for logistics suppliers; Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements Possess certain experience in logistics order processing or customs clearance; Prior experience in B2B customer communication is preferred; Good communication and data analysis skills; Meticulous and patient in work, and able to work under certain pressure; Fluent in English.
