At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.About The Role & TeamThe Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the sales and delivery plan, acting as the key liaison between commercial, operational, and administrative teams, and the Group. This role involves planning, monitoring, and aligning commercial demand with production and logistics capacity, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines and accuracy in delivery and data validation. They will also monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs).What You’ll DoSales & Operations Execution:Weekly alignment meetings between Supply Chain and Sales team, providing delivery plan status versus sales forecast, and highlighting commercial team dependencies or gaps that may impact monthly target achievement.Monitor weekly production planning, identify delays or unmet demands, align and negotiate new delivery dates, and define product distribution priorities across Latin American countries in coordination with Supply Chain leadership and in accordance with sales priority.Provide updates on deviations between the commercial forecast and supply capabilities. Ensure that all discrepancies are justified by Supply and that visibility is maintained on expected delivery dates.Develop and maintain detailed Delivery Schedules for commercial orders, monitoring OTD (On-Time Delivery) through a structured monthly delivery plan.Maintain and update daily KPI tracking spreadsheets to support performance monitoring and reporting.Handle requests from the Sales team related to terminals and accessories for sales, testing, donations, or demonstrations. Validate material codes and personalization requirements, locate inventory on hand or identify fresh production needed, and coordinate the separation and triangular process (end to end) to meet client timelines and expectations.Notify the Sales team in cases of delivery delays, negotiating revised timelines, and proactively communicating the causes and status updates to clients.Sent the STO´s to group for Finished goods and external Po´s for accessories. Tracking and requesting documents for final delivery.Following the triangular invoicing processes to customers with the areas in charge of issuing invoices and ensuring that each stage of the process is carried out within the established timeframes. KPI´sAnalyze Sales demand and inventory/production plan to prepare delivery forecasts.Ensure adherence to client delivery timelines by monitoring daily production progress against the monthly forecast, escalating corrective actions when needed, and proactively informing the Commercial team of any potential deviations at least 48 hours in advance.Keep the order and delivery tracking spreadsheet updated daily.Prepare internal process performance KPIsOTD Customer - Ensure delivery times to Customers meet defined targetsOTD Manufacturer - Ensure delivery times to region meet defined targetsMonitor in transit inventoriesMonitor end to end ordersAbout Your SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in S&OE processes/ Supply Chain.Basis on S&OP knowledge.Knowledge of inventory management.Experience with ERP systems – preferably SAP.Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointFluent in English & Spanish.Discreet and organized with strong attention to detail.Analytical, proactive, and solution oriented.Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.Agile and able to manage multiple priorities.Team player with strong customer focus and relationship skills.AAP/EEO Statement:lngenico provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
