The ideal candidate has experience in a technical, logistics, or purchasing role and will help ensure the successful application of ZwitterCo's membranes while managing the supply chain planning process. We are rapidly investing in our technology, equipment, and global services platform to help our industrial customers achieve their most ambitious sustainability and growth targets.We are grateful to have been named as Global Water Intelligence’s 2023 Breakthrough Water Technology Company of the year and Fast Company’s Top Innovators of 2024.Responsibilities IncludeMonitor daily operations of the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goodsImplement processes and best practices in procurement, inventory management, and logisticsContinuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and systems to drive efficiencyAssist in demand planning by collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to create accurate forecastsManage raw materials and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and timely replenishmentWork with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materialsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in supply chain managementReview purchase order requests, vendor/supplier quotes, and invoices for accuracy and completenessManage open orders and communicate any lead time changes to internal stakeholdersOther responsibilities as assignedA Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience is also acceptableA minimum of 5 years of supply chain, logistics, and/or purchasing experience is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsThe ability to read and understand technical specifications, purchase orders, invoices, and terms and conditions is requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite is requiredExcellent written and oral communication skills are necessaryKnowledge of supply chain standards and best practices is requiredQualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
