Define KPIs and monitoring mechanisms for logistics transformationQualifications Experience and ExpertiseProfessional experience in logistics strategy, supply chain transformation, and vendor management. Proven track record in delivering large-scale logistics redesign projects in Japan, preferably for retail or consumer goods sectors. Deep understanding of SAP and WMS integration challenges and solutions. Technical CapabilitiesAbility to conduct quantitative logistics modeling and scenario analysis. Familiarity with Japanese logistics regulations, warehousing standards, and chilled distribution requirements.
