And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONYour mission will be to make sure our supply operations engine is running as smooth as possible in Almaty and from there take it to the next level! 🚀THE JOURNEYBe the owner of Operations P&L (courier cost, compensation cost, Materials etc.).Define and implement processes for courier acquisition optimization, courier funnel optimization, courier onboarding excellence, newbies quality, retention boosting and many more from data perspective: providing deep analytics, creating dashboards, bots, simulations, data modelsDefine the medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability targetsCreate postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countriesImprove the operations by ensuring our ambitious targetsHire, train, and mentor the team membersBuild tools to speed up Local teams’ autonomyCommit to contributing to Glovo’s growth, getting the job doneWork with local providers and legal teams, to ensure the best-in-class operations in the regionGet feedback from our couriers and translate it into product and operations improvementActively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a differenceGive visibility using analytical reports to the main stakeholders of the project status and follow up on the next steps. Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysesImplement, standardize and execute processes across all citiesWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE1+ years in a managerial roleThe skills to manage the big picture and the smallest detailsBachelor in Business, Economics, Engineering, Project Management or any technological domainExperience in KPIs tracking and creation and optimization expertisePassionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root causeProblem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too bigExcel proficiencyKnowledge in SQL would be a plusResults-oriented, autonomous and efficientKnowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker & Qlikview (would be a benefit)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detailsLeadership - you can motivate your teammates.
