Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive a Supply Network Production Advisor to optimize production planning across our Performance Unit (PU) manufacturing sites. This role ensures efficient capacity utilization, balanced production schedules, and alignment between supply and demand to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.Through our Global Planning Digital tool, Kinaxis Maestro, PU Supply Network Production Advisors will own the production plan of finished goods in our manufacturing assets or 3rd party procured locations for a given portfolio of products.What You Will DeliverThe Supply Network Production Advisors will track Capacity: Demand (C:D) ratio, to ensure medium to long term production capacity is available, and be a key person to facilitate resolving constraints in production capacity, working with plant schedulers, PU Supply Planning Delivery Managers in the markets, and the PU S&OP manager, to ensure that production capacity is modelled for PU S&OP process through Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).This position requires proven supply planning experience, combining strong analytical skills within our digital planning tool (Kinaxis Maestro) and the ability to foster collaborative working relationships with supply chain planning colleagues in Pune and other markets.Production PlanningDevelop and manage mid-to-long-term production plans across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.Identify medium to long term constraints through carrying out Robust Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), to feed the monthly Supply Review conducted by the PU Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) ManagerWork with PU Supply Delivery Leads and MPS planners to identify possible mitigations and options to resolve such as capacity bottlenecks, raw material shortages, and demand fluctuations.Own and ensure appropriate production planning data reflects reality and is updated in line with global planning governance requirements, working with Plant manufacturing, procurement and other teams to gather and maintain (e.g. batch sizes, proven and theoretical capacity, cycle times, calendars).Inventory & Capacity ManagementAlign production plans with inventory policies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence through tracking and creating plans to maintain a healthy Capacity: Demand ratioMonitor and propose adjustment to production strategies to respond to changes in market demand and supply disruptions, working with and aligning to PU S&OP and Supply Planning Delivery LeadsCollaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production feasibility for both ongoing products as well as new product introductions.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with PU Supply Planning Delivery lead, MPS planners, Procurement and plant teams to align production replenishment strategies with business objectives (e.g. Make to order, make to stock).Support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and S&OP processes by working closely with PU S&OE Planning Delivery Leads, and PU S&OP Manager, providing insights and recommendations to resolve supply constraints and deliver improved availability balanced against cost and inventory.Systems & ReportingApply our end-to-end planning tool, Kinaxis Maestro to carry out Rough Cut Capacity Planning for medium to long term, using Scenario functionality to look at “what if” options to improve availability and availability balanced against cost and inventory.Track and analyse key performance indicators (critical metrics) including plan and schedule adherence, capacity utilisation and availability.Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance production agility to enhance availability and optimal inventory.What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, BusinMaster’s or equivalent experiencea related field (Master’s preferred).Language SkillsFluent in mandarin Chinese and English (both can be working language)Experience3–5 years in supply planning, production or capacity planning within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.Proven experience in Supply Planning using an advanced digital Planning tool (Kinaxis Maestro)Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE)Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively collaborators in supply chain in both India and other countriesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global and fast-paced environment.
