Within this team, the Fresh & Ultra Fresh vertical plays a pivotal role in driving selection, availability, and service experience for perishable goods. We are passionate about delivering high-quality produce and perishables with speed, accuracy, and reliability.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end supply planning for the F&V Private Label category, ensuring optimal freshness and availability across stores.Source high-quality F&V products from multiple suppliers in the Riyadh wholesale market, balancing quality, cost, and reliability.Build and maintain a stable and diversified supplier network to ensure continuous supply throughout the year.Oversee the packing process to ensure all private-label produce meets Careem’s quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.Plan and coordinate the distribution and replenishment process from the packing site to all Careem stores, maintaining sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.Develop demand forecasts that incorporate seasonality, promotions, and historical sales trends.Manage short shelf-life inventory with a focus on reducing wastage and markdowns.Collaborate closely with category, sourcing, and operations teams to align on demand, pricing, and logistics priorities.Build and maintain tracking dashboards and reports to monitor supply chain KPIs, including fill rates, wastage, and freshness scores.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing, packing, and distribution efficiency.What You’ll Need3–5 years of experience in supply planning, sourcing, or demand planning — ideally within fresh food, F&V, grocery, or retail industries.Strong understanding of perishable supply chains, shelf-life dynamics, and quality control processes.Hands-on experience with sourcing from local F&V markets and managing supplier relationships.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, BI tools, or ERP systems is a plus.Strong coordination skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders (sourcing, warehouse, last-mile, and category).Highly analytical, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing market environments.Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.What We’ll Provide YouWe offer colleagues the opportunity to drive impact in the region while they learn and grow.
