Key teams managing sales, marketing, finance, logistics, product development and other support operations are based in Metro Manila.DMPI has become a truly Filipino company, driven to excel in an intensely competitive global market.DEL MONTE PHILIPPINES, INC. is in need of:SUPPLY PLANNING SUPERVISORJob Purpose: Responsible in the timely and accurate stock replenishment to Philippine Market Distribution Centers.Responsibilities:Coordinate with production and labelling to ensure timely availability of stocks from Bugo Manufacturing Plant and generate balances to pack/label and send to Production & Labelling daily, review and adjust if necessary.Compute Pack Requirement for PH Market every month and as needed.Coordinate with MRP controller to ensure timely arrivals of RPMs.Analyze and conducts demand comparison. Aligns DC split to check requirement vs onfloor every release of DC split.Provide accurate Shipment Plan as basis for Bugo Logistics Load Planning. Provides Logistics Team with Shipment Plan for SKUs with available Stocks and adjust daily once stocks are available.Provide timely and accurate replenishment of stocks to respective DCs with reference to per Distribution Centers.Responds to CSR and Marketing’s inquiries on stocks status. Generate actual monthly shipments and Fill Rate Report for the Management.Qualification:Graduate of any four year course.Fresh graduates of Industrial Engineering are encouraged to apply!Experience in production planning, supply planning, forecasting, or other related experience.Must be willing to work on-site at Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.
