We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to support our clients in their digital transformation.📍In Manizales, ColombiaAs a Support Consultant, you will join our team to advise our customers, help them to use the tools implemented at home and to unlock them in case of difficulty.Process customer requests in accordance with Support procedures and in compliance with service quality standards Analyze the problems and find the best solution for the clientFormalize written answers, possibly accompanied by telephone explanations Support the activities of the project teams to continue to improve your skills and participate in the growth of the company In addition to these operational missions, we count on you to participate in the life of our company and to be a driving force of our culture of customer satisfaction, self-help and willingness to progress .As part of your integration you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects. Higher education, in Computer Science, you have at least a first experience working in a HRIS environment.
