Our client, a leading provider in the technical support industry, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Support Team, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to customers. The ideal candidate will have a service-centric attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Support EngineerLocation: Alpharetta, GAWhat's the Job?Deliver end-to-end technical support using remote diagnostic tools. Lead strategic engagements with customers to understand pain points and align on resolution strategies. Conduct detailed remote Root Cause Analysis to identify recurring patterns and drive continuous improvement. Act as a bridge between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure diagnostic accuracy. Participate in monthly on-call rotation to support customers across global time zones. What's Needed?High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred college degree in a technical field. Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical support (remote or onsite). Experience with HP Indigo as a press operator or field technician is highly preferred. Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and case management platforms.
