IT Support Engineer – ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business by:Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Deliver on-site and remote assistance for hardware and software across desktops, laptops, phones, and network systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.User & System Management – Install and configure PCs, virtual machines, and related peripherals; manage user profiles, access rights, and security groups within Active Directory and other management tools.Documentation & Process – Maintain accurate service records, ticket updates, and system configuration documentation.Security & Standards – Uphold firm-wide IT security standards, including antivirus management, and assist in developing and enforcing network and data protection best practices.Collaboration & Training – Desk-side support to staff at all levels, provide training and mentoring to colleagues, and support onboarding/orientation for new systems.Audio/Visual Support – Operate and maintain conferencing tools, presentation equipment, and A/V systems for internal and external meetings.Projects & Continuous Improvement – Contribute to IT initiatives and technology projects, working with the wider team to drive operational excellence.Flexibility – Take part in the scheduled on-call rotation, providing assistance outside normal business hours when required.Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of relevant IT support experience within a corporate setting (Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical certifications a plus).Previous experience supporting users within a professional services environment (finance, legal, or consulting) a plusStrong background in supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10, M365 Office Apps, VMware, desktops, laptops, and printers.Skilled in assisting users with mobile technologies (iOS and Android), remote connectivity (VPN), and VoIP communication systems.Good understanding of networking fundamentals including WAN/LAN/wireless, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Hands-on experience providing support to remote and on-site users at all levels of an organization.Must have current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorshipDiversity & Equal OpportunityThis company is Equal Opportunity EmployerIf this sounds interesting, send your resume by applying below.
