Support Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a part-time, remote Support Specialist to evaluate system alerts and initiate the deployment of a service technician as necessary. You will work 5 to 10 hours per week performing alert support duties during evenings, weekends, and U.S. holidays.Our U.S. client's software helps heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) contractors capture more customers, convert them into service members, and retain them for the long term. Homeowners gain an enhanced service experience and ultimately greater peace of mind in the reliability of one of the most expensive assets in a home.
