Assist with inquiries related to healthcare products, usage guidance, and product information. Accurately document interactions and maintain compliance with company and industry standards. Investigate and resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient case handling. Work efficiently across rotating shifts in a fully remote environment. RequirementsFluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work structured shifts, including late hours (with additional compensation). Strong communication, problem-solving, and active-listening skills. Comfortable working remotely with good digital literacy. Empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
