Required Skill Set Hands-on experience with Cerillion (CRM, Billing, incidents)Knowledge to system supporting and scripting Hands-on with incident management Data mining as of logs events Understanding of Telecom BSSOSS concepts such as Order Management and Customer management Proficiency in SQL, PlSQL, Java, Oracle and or XML Ability to perform system configuration, testing and defect resolution Nice to have Skill Set Knowledge of ITIL framework Support and knowledge of Ansible Telecom domain knowledge Workflow configuration is ServiceNowExperience level Education1-3 years of experience with supporting Cerillion system3-5 years of experience with development and implementation Bachelors degree masterTraining or certifications in Cerillion Roles and responsibilities Participate in daily operation (Incidents, troubleshooting, processing data)Participate in projects and participate in developmentPrepare process documentation and support hand over from Dev, to test to Operations
