About the RoleRoleYou'll play a key role in day-to-day life at Mulhern Close, where your support makes a real difference. This is a varied, rewarding, and physically active role that involves:Personal care: including showering, bathing, changing, toileting etcPractical care: feeding support, assistance with drinks and medicationDaily living: laundry, cleaning, general house maintenance, and completing daily notesRelationship-building: offering emotional support and helping to create a calm, homely environmentBehavioural support: engaging in personal safety techniques where required and working in line with individual risk assessments?? What We're Looking ForWe're looking for compassionate, resilient individuals who are able to:Work calmly and confidently in a service that may involve incidents of behaviours that challengeFollow agreed support plans and risk assessments to keep everyone safeProvide practical care with warmth, kindness, and dignityWork independently or as part of a teamBuild strong, respectful relationships with the people we supportYou don't need previous experience, just the right values and a commitment to making a difference.
