What you´ll do Drive innovation pipeline and product portfolio setup for surface treatment related business. Product development following market requirements in Asia Pacific. Support AE and business team on technical problem solving and technical training if required. Support operation team to complete new product scale-up, optimize manufacturing process and solve quality problem with related products. Study available patent landscape and strengthen Henkel’s IP in the related industry. What makes you a good fit Master or PhD preferred in Chemistry. English fluent for daily communication. Experience in metal packaging industry and surface treatment/industry cleaner technology preferred. Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
