This role offers the chance to lead innovative solutions and help businesses transition to a sustainable, low-carbon future while meeting global sustainability standards.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Advise organizations on transitioning to a low-carbon future by assessing ESG impacts, setting science-based targets, and engaging stakeholders.Create strategies for natural resource management, circular economy practices, and compliance with frameworks like GRI, CDP, CSRD, TSRS, or IFRS S1 and S2.Create and execute sustainability strategies that meet clients' goals and industry standards.Oversee the creation of high-quality sustainability reports and internal documentation, ensuring compliance with recognized standards.Create actionable and measurable roadmaps by developing and comparing sustainability strategies.Enhance ESG Performance by helping clients improve ESG metrics /KPIs and governance infrastructure for greater transparency and accountability.Optimize sustainable supply chains by integrating eco-friendly practices.Assess Environmental Impacts by evaluating business activities for environmental effects, focusing on carbon emissions, energy efficiency, water usage, waste management, and air quality.Offer expert advice on innovative, cost-effective solutions to reduce resource consumption, including energy, water, oil and other chemicals.Monitor emerging technologies and trends, proposing eco-friendly practices for clients.Generate reports to analyze sustainability data to produce insights that inform decisions.Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Management field is preferred.Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting or within an sustainability-focused corporate role.Expertise: A solid understanding of ESG and sustainability trends, greenhouse gas accounting, and experience with global standards such as GRI, TSRS, SASB, SBTi, CSRD, Ecovadis, Refinitiv, CDP, and MSCI.Technical Proficiency: Strong reporting and presentation skills, capable of delivering fast, high-quality outputs tailored to client needs.Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.Team Player: Flexible and collaborative, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Tools Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools relevant to data analysis and report preparation.Personal Attributes: Positive, eager to learn, diligent, and committed to growing within the sustainability field.What We Offer?A platform to develop your career while making a meaningful impact on businesses and the planet.A collaborative work environment that values innovation and excellence.A hybrid/remote working model offering flexibility and work-life balance.Coffee-fueled brainstorming sessions with a team of passionate changemakers.
