Day.Job DescriptionMake a difference by becoming part of the No. 1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide as Sustainability (CSR) Consultant at Jack Link’s EMEA.Our spacious and modern HQ is located in the vibrant Amsterdam, and includes a highly international team, with more than 25 different nationalities. Our EMEA team is committed to continuing its impressive EMEA expansion, one bite at a time, and becoming the regional leader in branded protein snacks.This position is remote based and you will be reporting to the Sustainability Manager EMEA. As a CSR Consultant, you will give directions to strategic, multidisciplinary projects within Jack Link’s EMEA with a focus on the CSR future-proof supply chain and product data program. This program enables Jack Link’s EMEA to collect, manage and report validated (ESG) products and supply chain data in an efficient and reliable manner, so that we can achieve targeted impact on sustainability and compliance.CSR data & value chain transparency: you will create a future-proof framework for collecting, managing and reporting product and supply chain data. With a focus on carbon reduction, sustainable sourcing, and CSR compliance. Carbon Reduction. You will coordinate our Carbon reduction strategy, by monitoring strategic plan, report on performance and scenario planning and implement and execute carbon accounting, reporting and reporting automation. Sustainable sourcing. You will implement and follow up on due diligence of our sustainable sourcing policies across all our suppliers and ingredients to ensure compliance. You support our Procurement team in sustainable sourcing, risk assessments, assessing suppliers, support the CSR manager in decision-making, track progress and provide analytical insights to the team.You support in supplier onboarding and work closely with key suppliers to co-develop improvement initiatives, share best practices, and monitor and track progress to ensure compliance and continuous improvementCSR compliance. You will oversee CSR regulation requirements (EUDR, CSRD CSDDD, LsKG. PPWR/EPR, etc), frame requirements to business impact and translate to (implement) necessary policies, processes, analysis, and report on required information. Carbon Reduction. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.Education: you have completed a university education in preferably Data analytics, Econometry, Engineering studies which allows you to modeling and build digitization tools and dashboardsWorking experience: 2-4 years of experience in sustainability (consulting), supply chain or project management with:Managed CSR topics and sustainability practices, especially within sourcing and operationsExperience in CSR and tooling implementation and configuration and integration for collecting, verifying and analyzing product and supplier data. Data readiness and Quality: experience in stakeholder (e.g. supplier, customer) data alignment, building data quality frameworks and create data governance and ownershipYou have built up expertise in:Carbon foot printing (GHG protocol, SBTi, carbon accounting and reporting automation)Supplier and product due diligence/ compliance (e.g. PPWR, EUDR)Digitalization and CSR (reporting/ traceability) software solutions.
