In 2019, KARL LAGERFELD joined as a founding member of the Fashion Pact, a global sustainability initiative seeking to transform the fashion industry through objectives in three areas: climate, biodiversity and ocean protection.The Role:The purpose of the role is to support the Sustainability department with social and environmental data processes. To create a positive impact on people and the environment, the fashion industry relies on good data processing. Supply chain data on GHG emissions, labor rights and materials are necessary to create traceability and transparency and to analyze where the industry can make necessary changes to become more sustainable.Therefore, the KARL LAGERFELD sustainability team is looking for someone who is able to collect the necessary data, work with different data systems such as click sense and PLM and chase our suppliers to deliver data correctly and on time. We are looking for someone who loves working with data and wants to learn more about sustainability from an expert team within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sustainability teams with data management processes.Collect, analyze, and process data related to GHG Emissions, environmental management tools and sustainable materials and certifications.Collecting data from several data management platforms.Analyze and visualize data for presentations and reports.Working with suppliers on retrieving information on materials, subcontractors, compliance forms and social and environmental audits. Your profileYou are in the final stages of your (HBO) study in logistics, business, data analytics or economic studies.Fluent in English, both verbal and writtenGreat at working with ExcelInterested in the fashion sector and/or sustainability.Well organized and can analyze data to support and direct the sustainability strategyYou are a self-starter / entrepreneur at heart.You are at ease in a small team, which is being built and has moving processes and targets.Start date: 1st of December 2025 / Available for 6 months / 40 hours per weekPlease note that we can only consider your application if you are enrolled for the full duration of your internship at your school or university.
