Our Business Development Team is at the forefront of the customer journey, blending Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques with both inbound and outbound strategies to engage and delight potential clients.As a Sales / Business Development Specialist, you will be a part of the sales team, working closely with the others to drive awareness and build pipeline. You won’t just make calls—you’ll use cutting-edge digital tools, data insights, and personalized outreach to establish meaningful connections with high-value prospects. Your goal: build trust, add value, and set the stage for successful partnerships.This is an opportunity to join a growing team and directly influence how we approach business development in a fast-evolving market.What You’ll DoResearch & Prospecting: Identify and analyze key accounts to target, understanding their specific needs and pain points.Personalized Outreach: Combine outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, and custom video content to build strong relationships with prospects.Inbound Engagement: Work with inbound leads, tailoring your approach to align with their expressed interests and behavior.Meeting & Demo Bookings: Consistently deliver quality meetings and platform demos with key decision-makers, aiming for a minimum of 12 per month.ABM Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing to execute personalized campaigns for high-value accounts, ensuring a seamless customer journey.Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets, contributing to a smooth handoff process.Professional Growth: Develop your business and sales skills through hands-on experience and exposure to advanced ABM and sales techniques.What We Will Love About YouSales Expertise: At least 12 months of sales experience, ideally in a SaaS company or consultancy services such as recruitment.Entrepreneurial mindset: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage and build rapport with prospects.Customer-Centric Approach: A good listener with natural curiosity, adept at uncovering customer needs and aligning solutions.Tech Savvy: Proficient with standard sales and CRM tools, and eager to explore new digital tools that enhance outreach effectiveness.Organizational Skills: Structured and able to manage a high level of daily activity without sacrificing quality.ABM Knowledge (a Plus): Experience or interest in using ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts.Industry Insight (a Plus): Experience or knowledge in onboarding, learning, training, or employee development is a bonus.Proficiency in Swedish with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.What You Will Love About LearningbankFirst, our purpose is to make people happier by making them better.
