As a Sales Executive at Learningbank, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from consultative discovery to successful close — across the Nordic market.You’ll partner with HR and L&D leaders to understand their challenges, uncover business pains, and show how Learningbank can deliver real results — from smoother onboarding to higher employee engagement and retention.You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create meaningful partnerships with customers who truly benefit from our solution.This isn’t about pushing software — it’s about helping companies build stronger learning cultures.What You’ll Do Lead discovery calls and product demos with HR, L&D, and operational leaders Identify and diagnose learning challenges, linking them to measurable outcomes Build and present clear business cases and ROI calculations Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract close Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and case stories Share insights with our product team to influence roadmap and user experienceWhat Success Looks LikeConsultative Discovery: You don’t just sell features — you diagnose problems. You ask deep questions about onboarding, turnover, and training inefficiencies before proposing solutions.SPICED Framework Expertise: You naturally explore Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Events, and Decision criteria in every conversation.Value-Based Selling: You tie learning challenges to measurable business outcomes — like reducing turnover or saving managers hours of training time.Education-First Mindset: You position yourself as a trusted learning advisor, not just a software vendor and guide prospects on learning strategy, beyond the platformComfortable discussing HR system integrations (Azure AD, CatalystOne etc) and data flows between platforms.Deliver compelling demos that highlight both user experience (mobile-first, intuitive) and admin capabilities (automation, reporting, AI content creation).The Qualities: 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably HR tech, LMS, or workplace tech)Proven consultative sales methodology — uncovering needs before prescribing solutionsExperience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholdersAbility to navigate organizations and identify key decision-makersBilingual fluency: Danish/Swedish/Norwegian + EnglishWhat Sets You Apart🎯Knowledge of retail, hospitality, or manufacturing industries🎯 Background or passion in Learning & Development🎯 Creative problem solver — from mobile-first training to non-desk employee adoption🎯 Strong change management instincts — you know onboarding new systems takes time and trust and English fluently.
