该职位来源于猎聘 职位概要Position Summary: 根据公司要求,规划和实施公司的全面销售战略、销售方案,有效地管理客户。 Plan and implement the company's overall sales strategy and sales plan according to the company's requirements, effectively manage customers. 工作内容Job contents:  协助公司建立全面的销售战略,制定并组织实施完整的销售方案; Assist the company to establish a comprehensive sales strategy, develop and organize the implementation of a complete sales plan.  引导、监督、落实市场销售工作的方向和进度; Guide and control the direction and progress of marketing and sales work.  组织部门开发多种销售渠道,完成销售计划及回款任务,提高复购率; Organize the department to develop a variety of sales means, complete the sales plan and payment collection tasks.  管理区域销售人员,建立、补充、发展、培养、激励、管理销售队伍; Manage the regional sales staff, help to build and develop the sales team.  掌握市场动态,熟悉市场状况及客户的需求并有独特见解; Market dynamics, familiar with market conditions and unique insights.  与客户、供应商间建立良好的合作关系; Establish good relationship with customers and suppliers  进行客户分析,挖掘用户需求; Conduct customer analysis and mining user needs.  深入了解本行业,把握最新销售信息,为企业提供业务发展战略依据; In-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information, to provide business development strategy basis for enterprises.  与客户联系,满足客户需求。促进新业务的定位和评定,以便公司对长期发展计划的评估; Liaise with customers, meet customer needs and promote new business positioning and evaluation for company's long-term development plan.  指导、参与产品、市场的开拓管理工作; Direct and participate in product and market development management.  协助进行客户满意度调查; Assist in customer satisfaction survey.  完成上司临时交办的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by boss temporarily. 任职资格Job Qualifications: 教育背景Educational background:  市场营销、管理等或其他专业本科以上学历。 Bachelor degree or above in marketing, management or other major. 培训经历Training experience:  受过战略管理、战略市场营销、管理技能开发等方面的培训。 Trained in strategic management, strategic marketing, management skills development, etc. 经验Work Experience:  五年以上快消品销售经验,3年以上销售管理经验。 At least 5 years FMCG sales experience and 2 years sales management experience. 技能技巧Skills:  有较强的市场感知能力、敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力; Strong market perception ability to grasp the market dynamic and market direction keenly.  有丰富的新渠道新零售开发和维护、经销商的服务和管理、市场信息收集和分析等能力; Rich ability of new channel and new retail development and maintenance, dealer service and management, market information collection and analysis, etc. 具有优秀的营销技巧,较强的市场策划能力和运作能力; Excellent marketing skills, strong marketing planning and operational ability.  良好的口头及书面表达能力。 Good verbal and written communication skills. 态度Job Attitude:  工作细致、严谨,有出色的协调能力和组织能力; Meticulous and rigorous work, excellent coordination and organization skills.  具有较强的应变能力、管理能力、判断能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力; Strong adaptability, management ability, judgment ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.  优秀的业务拓展能力; Excellent business development ability.  具有高度的工作热情和责任感,良好的团队合作精神。 Have high work enthusiasm and responsibility, good team work spirit.
