Organisation: The Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (CFATF) is an Organisation of twenty-five States of the Caribbean Basin, which have agreed to implement common countermeasures to address the problem of money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing. The CFATF Secretariat is hosted by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.The main objective of the CFATF is to achieve effective implementation of, and compliance with, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendations to prevent and control money laundering and to combat the financing of terrorism and proliferation. The CFATF is an FATF Style Regional Body (FSRB) of the FATF, which is the premier inter-governmental organization that sets the standards for preventing money laundering as well as terrorist and proliferation financing. As such, the CFATF therefore plays a critical role in promoting regional compliance with the FATF Recommendations.The Secretariat has been established as a mechanism to monitor and encourage AML/CFT/CPF progress to ensure full implementation of the Kingston Declaration on Money Laundering (1992) in which Ministers in the region mandated the establishment of the Secretariat to co-ordinate the implementation of the FATF Recommendations by CFATF member countries.Job Profile: The successful candidate should manage CFATF’s on-premises and cloud-based systems, providing day-to-day user support and maintaining core applications. Act as a key support contact for escalations from the junior IT/support staff. They should also have the ability to effectively engage with high-level government officials, the private sector and international organizations. Proficiency in the relevant area of expertise is essential.Knowledge, Experience and Skills The System Administrator shall have the following professional experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.Minimum three (3) years’ experience in similar position.More specific requirements include: Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking concepts.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to mentor junior IT staff.Familiarity with endpoint management (Intune), Azure AD, and security best practices.Tasks and Responsibilities:Oversee user accounts (Entra ID/Azure AD), granting/revoking permissions in line with access control policies. Administer Intune device policies, endpoint security (Sophos or equivalent), and basic cloud services.Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint), Windows 11 troubleshooting, and general software issues.Maintain other critical applications (e.g., Adobe, or specialized CFATF systems) and ensure timely patching/upgrades.Update Content and Administer Website or other web/cloud applications.Update system documentation, including configurations, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting guides.Track and report IT KPIs (uptime, ticket resolution times) to the ICT Manager.Enforce endpoint security policies (Intune, antivirus), ensuring compliance with CFATF’s cybersecurity guidelines.Coordinate with the Network Administrator to maintain robust backups and implement new security measures.
