The candidate must be comfortable working with Palo Alto Firewall and VPN technologies, and possess solid knowledge of AWS networking services such as VPC, NAT Gateway, and Load Balancers. This individual thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates strong collaboration skills, and is eager to contribute to ITIL-based processes while partnering with cross-functional teams. A passion for information security, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, will ensure success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage Palo Alto Firewall and GlobalProtect VPNSupport and maintain AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.)Assist in cloud operations with emphasis on security and complianceParticipate in ITIL-based processes (Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem Management)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient operationsDocument configurations, processes, and troubleshooting stepsRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Security, or related fieldAWS Certified Practitioner or higherCCNAExperience & Skills:Minimum 2 years experience with Palo Alto Firewall and VPN (GlobalProtect)Familiarity with AWS networking servicesBasic understanding of ITIL processesCloud platform experience (AWS preferred)Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsAdditional certifications in networking or cloud (e.g., PCNSA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)Experience with endpoint protection tools and policiesKnowledge of Zero Trust or network segmentation principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and passion for information securityGood understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsNo visa sponsorship required
