Find a job you’ll love today!As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the company’s ICT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring optimal system performance, robust security, and overall reliability across the organization.The position will primarily focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cybersecurity initiatives, providing essential expertise to support the success of our ICT operations. While the main responsibilities will center on systems administration, there may be occasional requirements to assist with escalated support issues from the Support Team.Responsibilities:Microsoft 365: Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Defender.Network Infrastructure: Support network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.Azure Cloud Services: Manage, support, and administer Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking. Apply best practices for cloud security.Cybersecurity: Partner with the Security Engineer and Compliance Department to implement cybersecurity policies and procedures. Assist with security assessments and audits, addressing vulnerabilities with corrective actions.Teams Calling and Genesys Cloud Contact Centre: Manage and support Microsoft Teams calling features and Genesys Cloud Contact Centre.Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Offer expert-level technical support for complex ICT issues.Compliance and Standards: Assist to ensure ICT activities comply with PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 requirements.Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior ICT staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of ICT engineering experience.Background in IT Helpdesk Support (or similar)Expertise in Microsoft 365 and AzureKnowledge of Networking and Cybersecurity.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
