Thanks to the agile way of working, the synergies between the teams, and our diversity, UNIQA is a unique organization with one voice, one strategy and one culture.Key Responsibilities:Configure and monitor system infrastructure, including virtual and physical machines, storage solutions, networks, and related policies.Ensure infrastructure optimization according to technology standards and organizational requirements.Deliver solutions based on deep understanding of business needs and applied technologies.Manage capacity, resource load balancing, and deployment processes in on‑prem environments.Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot infrastructure services.Manage infrastructure resources, identities, credentials, and access rights according to company policies.Understand and support business processes, user requirements, and project KPIs.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, team members, and external users.Participate in the design, delivery, improvement, and maintenance of IT solutions.Design and implement DR (Disaster Recovery) solutions to minimize business risk.Solve technical issues, analyze root causes, and debug software configuration code.Manage and report costs for on‑prem environments.Automate and scale infrastructure through scripting (IaaS‑related solutions).Support automation and integration of infrastructure components to enable IT business solutions.Monitor processes throughout the entire lifecycle; optimize and create new processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.Prepare regular reports for management on task execution and project progress.Professional Experience:3 years of experience in system administration or similar infrastructure roles.Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.Experience with virtualization platforms, storage systems, networking, and monitoring tools.Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.Technical Skills:Good understanding of access control.Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar).Experience working in project‑based environments.Soft Skills:Strong English communication skills.Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.We offer:• Attractive remuneration package based on performance• Health insurance• Induction training and a subsequent one with the team support• Career development opportunities• Flexible working hours and home office opportunity• Excellent location, modern office, and international standards of work• Great team and internal environment supportive to innovation and team spiritAt UNIQA, we live diversity.
