System Architect Lead

This role involves leading architectural direction for new and existing technologies, assessing business requirements, and creating product roadmaps, standards, and automation pipelines. By leveraging our commitment to technology and innovation, you contribute to delivering exceptional solutions that align with our mission of enhancing financial services.What you will do:Lead the effort from inception to final implementation and operationalize the tool or product.Provide technical support for business and client partners during product integrations.Develop and document technical and non-technical infrastructure related processes.Assess business requirements and determine architectural necessities to forge forward-looking solutions.Create and manage automation pipelines for product standards and deployment.Maintain up-to-date documentation on architecture and integration strategies.What you will need to have:8+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure roles, including product architecture and automation.Experience with multiple middleware products such as IBM MQ, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Kafka.Hands-on experience with containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, PCF).Extensive knowledge in Infrastructure automation tools like Chef, Puppet, Spacewalk, and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Shell, and PowerShell.What would be great to have:Experience with Apache Kafka and Confluent platforms.Hands-on skills in streaming and messaging technologies.Previous experience in the payments industry.
