About the RoleOur client, a PIF (Public Investment Fund) portfolio company in the financial technology and supply chain finance sector, is hiring a System & Cloud Manager to lead cloud operations, infrastructure security, and enterprise systems across Azure and Oracle Cloud (OCI).OPEN to KSA Nationals and ARABIC Speakers onlyThis is an on-site role based in Riyadh.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Azure and Oracle Cloud (OCI) environmentsOversee Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy (GPO)Manage Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, and email securityImplement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data classification frameworksEnsure compliance with SAMA, NCA, PDPL, GDPRAutomate cloud tasks using Terraform, Ansible or cloud toolsMonitor systems for uptime, performance, and securityTroubleshoot cloud & on-prem issues; perform root-cause analysisDesign and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup plansCollaborate with IT Ops, Development, Finance & vendorsSupport audits, regulatory requirements & risk mitigationRequirements7+ years in cloud/system administrationStrong hands-on experience with Azure and OCIStrong knowledge of AD / Azure AD / GPO / Exchange OnlineExperience with DLP, MFA, Identity Management & Patch ManagementExperience with SAMA / NCA cybersecurity frameworks (preferred)Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or other automation toolsExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skillsPackageSalary: SAR 25,000–35,000/monthBased in Riyadh, KSA (On-site)
