System Configuration Specialist

The System Configuration Specialist is a business-essential role that is responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing and performing data migrations, coordinating improvement of data migration processes, writing reports, creating and executing queries, and ensuring seamless API integrations.Main duties and responsibilities:Develop understanding of internal/external systems and features we supportPrimary resource for client data migrations, working with internal and external teams to ensure timely completionMaintain accurate customer interactions and transactions records, including detailed notes on inquiries, issues, and resolutionsPerform data imports and exportsManage API integrations with partners and develop monetization opportunitiesWork as a liaison for the support and development team to resolve support cases that are escalated for technical assistanceCreate troubleshooting guides and assets as needed for customer support specialistsCustom report writingCreate and run custom script requestsComplete technical setup during onboarding of new clients.
