The company plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, innovation, and connectivity across all Abans business units, while also extending its expertise to external clients seeking reliable and scalable IT solutions.The RolePlan, design, implement, and sustain IT systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.Develop IT infrastructure covering hardware, software, and security aspects.Conduct cost-benefit analysis to optimize system efficiency and investmentContinuously monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance and security.Maintain and update software platforms, hardware, and system configurations.Manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.Allocate IT resources effectively to support project needs while optimizing performance.Ensure IT systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime.Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless IT operations.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand system requirements and improvementsDiagnose and resolve technical issues, including system errors and software bugs.The PersonBachelors in Information Technology / Computer Science with emphasis on systems & platforms4 years work experienceProfessional certifications such as Microsoft certifications, Cisco certifications, Cloud Computing certifications, Security certificationsAdequate knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, SSL, TLS, HTTP etc.Understanding of IT systems, IT security, compliance and industrial standards.Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills and hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, AIX, Android operating systems.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience in configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting systemsStrong scripting and technical skills
