Job Description

In the capacity of System Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. You will support the full-service development lifecycle, contribute to system optimization and automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Infrastructure ManagementManage, monitor, and maintain all installed systems, servers, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.Collaborate with security teams to ensure systems comply with risk management and security policies.Provide technical direction and guidance to IT support teams, including Level 2 support for escalated issues.Plan and implement system automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.Collaboration & DocumentationWork closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet organizational standards, policies, and project requirements.Contribute to technical documentation, system reports, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.RequirementsTechnical SkillsStrong background in IT systems and infrastructure management Windows and/or Linux environments.Proficient in Active Directory administration.Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls).Experience supporting and deploying network equipment (Cisco, Sophos, or similar).Basic understanding of backup solutions, data protection, and disaster recovery processes (Veeam or Netbackup)Scripting knowledge PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Experience producing system reports and maintaining technical documentation.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in systems or network administration.Professional certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), or CompTIA is an advantage.Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).Valid driver’s license.
