We partner with globally recognized cybersecurity vendors to deliver advanced technology, enablement, and technical support to our channel partners across the region.Learn more: www.shifra-me.comWe are currently seeking a System Engineer to join our team in Egypt.Key Responsibilities:Engage with customers to assess cyber security requirements, focusing on Shifra products and specially network security requirements and zero-trust maturityDesign secure architectures focusing on:EfficientIP DDI (DNS Security, DHCP, IPAM)Akamai Micro-Segmentation / GuardicoreZero-Trust Network SegmentationRansomware containment, east-west traffic control, and lateral movement preventionConduct demos, PoCs, and technical deep-dive workshopsAnswer RFIs/RFPs with accurate and compliant technical responsesPartner & Vendor Collaboration:Enable Egyptian and LEVANT channel partners on EfficientIP & Akamai solutionsCoordinate with vendor technical teams for solution enhancements and escalationsParticipate in regional cybersecurity events and workshopsProfessional Services Scoping:Assess customer environments for DDI and segmentation readinessDefine technical scope, deployment architecture, BoQ/BOM and integration requirementsAssist in handover to professional services for deployment cyclesTechnical Enablement & Education:Deliver product training sessions and roadshows to partners and enterprise customersDevelop technical documentation, deployment guides, and reference architecturesSupport cybersecurity awareness activities across the Egyptian marketCustomer Success & Post-Sales Advisory:Provide technical guidance during PoCs, pilots, and expansion phasesWork closely with customers to optimize DNS security, segmentation policies, and DDI automationAssist with design reviews, architecture best practices, and roadmap planningRequired Skills & Experience:Solid understanding of:DNS, DHCP, IPAM concepts and architecturesDNS-based security & threat intelligenceNetwork segmentation and micro-segmentation strategiesZero-Trust security principlesHybrid network models (on-prem / cloud)Experience with:4-8 years’ experience in cyber security fieldEfficientIP or alternative DDI platforms (Infoblox, BlueCat, etc)Akamai Guardicore or equivalent micro-segmentation toolsLinux systems, networking, firewalls, SIEM, SOAR.Professional Skills:Strong client-facing communication and presentation skillsAbility to simplify complex technical topics for business discussionsHands-on lab/PoC setup and troubleshooting skillsChannel sales and enterprise presales experience in Egypt is a plus
