System Integration Expert

Job Description:The position is responsible for managing successful API integrations with business partners / Fintechs. The role requires strong coordination between internal and external stakeholders to deliver integration projects aligned with business objectives and timelines.Key Responsibilities:·       Engage and coordinate with partners for system integration and API development activities.·       Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration plans.·       Collaborate with business and partners to ensure alignment on functional and technical deliverables.·       Review vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed scope and standards.·       Manage end-to-end API integration processes, including testing and deployment phases.·       Track project progress, identify dependencies or bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion.·       Maintain proper documentation of integration workflows, technical details, and vendor communications.Required Skills and competencies:·       Prepare progress updates and present integration status reports to management.·   In-depth understanding of API concepts (REST/SOAP), data exchange protocols, and integration platforms.·       Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.·       Ability to analyze business requirements and align them with technical implementations.·       Excellent communication and project monitoring skills.·       Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability.Qualification and Experience:·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.·   Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration, project management, or stakeholder management.·       Hands-on experience with API-based integrations or enterprise middleware systems.·       Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial sector will be an advantage.
