People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation – whilst unlocking your own potential.YOUR ROLE Management of the Concur System: Oversee the entry and management of expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring the process is efficient and compliant with company policies.Use of IT Tools: Demonstrate familiarity with various IT tools to optimize daily operations and enhance process efficiency.Creation of Queries for Reporting: Develop and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate reports useful for analysis and strategic decision-making.Management of External Vendors and Internal Groups: Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholder i.e. vendors and internal groups for project execution, ensuring objectives are met within the planned time and budget.Your Skills & ExperiencesProficiency in Concur System:Deep understanding of the Concur platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for expense management.Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to users.Strong IT SkillsExpertise in using various IT tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.Capability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing systems.Data Extraction And ReportingSkilled in using reporting tools to extract valuable data insights.Experience in creating detailed reports that facilitate informed decision-making.Vendor Management And Project CoordinationProven track record in managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects successfully.Strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure project objectives are met.Working at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way.
