M&C offers challenging and rewarding international projects with leading customers of the industry and is a growing company that values people, quality and customer satisfaction.   Summary of the position : Ensure the proper closure of assigned tasks and the execution of related activities in strict accordance with the provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining quality and compliance standards throughout the process.Responsabilities :Solve daily tasks using the guidelines provided.Provide reports on progress and exceptions.Ensure solutions are delivered on time.Learn from experience and improve the quality of current and future application solutions.Propose best practices and improvement.  Skills requried :Capacity and willingness to understand complex functional flows and processes.Knowledge of the Travel industry is a strong plus.Average English level.Ability to work and contribute to a team environment.Customer and quality focus.Proactivity/flexibility.Academic background :IT degree or similar Experience :      Eligible for SIVP Recent graduate
