This role involves proactive monitoring, in-depth technical troubleshooting, and comprehensive integration support.As a System Support Specialist, you will manage complex merchant issues, deliver day-to-day (BAU) support, and maintain smooth connectivity across integrated platforms. You will also act as a vital link between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, driving effective collaboration and clear communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument support activities, incident resolutions, and system changes.Generate reports on system performance, incident trends, and support metrics.Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to payment gateway services, merchant integrations, web applications, and backend scripts.Debug and analyze scripts written in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js, MySQL, and MariaDB, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.Maintain clear and accurate documentation for integration processes and configurations.Guide merchants through technical integration, ensuring smooth onboarding and proper usage of APIs and SDKs.Troubleshoot merchant-reported issues, including API calls, scripts, and payment processing errors, and provide technical expertise to resolve integration roadblocks for successful deployments.and Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Must be able to work at the i-City Shah Alam office.Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Support Specialist or in a related role.Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently while managing multiple support tasks, incidents, and projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Pre-RequisitesAre you game?
