System Testing (Student Position)

About usflō is an Israel-based technology startup developing an innovative digital printing platform for optical lens coatings. We are seeking a highly motivated student operator to join our Validation and Testing team and support the advancement of our next-generation manufacturing technology. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D team and play a key part in validating, improving, and optimizing our digital coating processes.Key Responsibilities• Execute validation runs and experimental trials in accordance with defined protocols.• Operate and monitor advanced coating and printing systems.• Support research and development activities aimed at enhancing process performance and product quality.• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and operational issues.• Collect, analyze, and document experimental data in a clear and structured manner.• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and development teams to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student pursuing a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.• Availability to work evening, night, and Friday morning shifts as required.• Experience working in laboratory or technical environments.• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.• Proven analytical capabilities, including experiment design and data analysis.• High level of accuracy and adherence to documentation procedures.• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.• Fluent in English, with strong technical writing skills.
