Job Description

Our client is a leading European engineering and technology company that provides innovative digital and engineering solutions to clients across various industries and is expanding its internal IT team in Lithuania.They are currently looking for a Systems administrator to join their growing internal operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced and proactive IT professional.YOU WILL:Analyze and resolve complex incidents and requests. Analyze system and application logs to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues. Provide thorough ticket documentation and ensure SLA compliance. Create and maintain IT service documentation (manuals, instructions, FAQs, etc.). Manage and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and security groups. Support and maintain the Microsoft ecosystem, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune. Participate in the migration from ESCM to Intune. Manage hardware, software, and application licenses. Occasionally provide remote support using TeamViewer or screen sharing via Teams. Collaborate with internal IT teams across international locations and support colleagues onsite and remotely.WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer. Advanced troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software. Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop OS and good understanding of Windows Server OS. Solid understanding of key IT infrastructure components: networks, servers, storage. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, routing basics). Experience managing Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams. Understanding of server administration, licensing, and access management. Deep familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AD and Intune. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
