Systems Analyst / Power Platform DeveloperWe are working with a leading FS company who are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer / Systems Analyst for a 18 month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on delivering BI and Power Platform solutions that enable smarter decision-making across the business.ResponsibilitiesGather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable BI and Power Platform solutions.Design and develop applications, dashboards, and workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform suite.Build and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI, ensuring accuracy and usability.Collaborate with business verticals and technical teams to deliver effective data-driven solutions.Support adoption of BI and Power Platform tools through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.Skills & ExperienceBackground in Insurance or Financial Services, with knowledge of industry processes and reporting needs is essentialProven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate especially).Strong skills in Power BI development and data modelling.Understanding of BI concepts, data flows, and system integration.Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and consistency.
