Systems Operations Analyst

Responsible for Daily Technical Operations including Application Management and Support for all Nasdaq provided services. Tempo Timesheets is a plug-in to Jira.The Tempo user base is Marketplace Technology and Market Services, part of the Nasdaq Financial Technology division. Current number of users are around 1400 across 20+ countries.You will work closely with the Jira Admin and the Tempo users as well as with the key stakeholder groups – Business Control, Resource and Project Managers.The applicant should have previous experience supporting tools with a broad user base and have a curiosity about systems and IT.Provide end user supportMaintain master dataAdd ResourcesBuild TeamsAdd/Update/Close ProjectsAdd Subtasks in ProjectsDrive application improvements/automationRun month end reporting for Business ControlCollaborate with Jira AdminRun regression testing in connection to Jira upgradesConnect with/advise key stakeholders on improvementsMaintain user and system documentationWhat We ExpectDegree in Accounting/Finance or IT is preferredBusiness analysis experience implementing and/or supporting time tracking tools or alikeFluent in English.
