Ensure successful and timely completion of daily operational tasks, with a strong focus on reporting and invoicing accuracy. Organize onboarding and training sessions for new hires; identify skill gaps and coordinate follow-up training. Maintain and update training documentation. Oversee the auditing process, prepare reports, and present action plans to senior management. Generate financial reports for billable activities, ensuring alignment with customer contract terms and conditions. Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Prepare executive summaries highlighting cost and profitability insights. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and optimize the T&M billing process. Interpret contractual language related to field service activities outside standard maintenance agreements. Maintain high attention to detail in reporting and invoicing, ensuring accuracy in customer data, payment terms, VAT, and applicable rates. Coordinate cross-functional discussions to support efficient billing operations. Maintain technical knowledge of the company’s banking equipment and related workflow processes. Conduct business analyses to identify revenue gaps and opportunities for growth. Utilize various software tools including TAMBA, Oracle, Azure, Power Query, Power BI, Invoice Engine, NCDM, SOM, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite. Manage business processes that enhance customer satisfaction and deliver value. Independently handle assigned tasks, manage escalations with urgency, and ensure timely resolution. Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in operations, billing, or financial reporting. High school diploma or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
