About the roleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Platforms & Infrastructure stream and lead design across critical areas like identity, authentication, verification, consent, and compliance. These experiences are core to how customers onboard and interact with Tabby, and they power multiple products across our app.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for unifying fragmented flows into scalable, reusable patterns that can be adopted by other design teams. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys system thinking, has an eye for detail, and finds satisfaction in designing foundational experiences that improve quality, efficiency, and trust at scale.

What you’ll be doingDesign and own core platform experiences including KYC, identity verification, login and authentication, user consent, and regulatory compliance workflowsCreate intuitive, reusable UI components that deliver a consistent experience across products and teamsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problemsPartner with designers across product streams to align on shared patterns and ensure a unified experience throughout the Tabby ecosystemUse data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypothesesPlan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research teamPresent and advocate for your design work to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignmentContribute to Tabby’s design system with platform-specific considerations, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scaleTake full ownership of your work, from early concept through polished execution, in a fast-paced, iterative environmentWhat you’ll needProven experience designing digital products, ideally with B2C interfacesA portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX decision-making and strong visual craftUnderstanding of mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android), and best practices for responsive web designAbility to simplify complex or technical concepts into intuitive experiencesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align across multiple teams and stakeholdersComfortable working independently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working closely with engineering, including an understanding of technical constraints and platform limitationsFamiliarity with systems thinking and contributing to shared design systemsExperience designing for platform, identity, authentication, or compliance-related flows is a strong plusExperience in fintech or regulated industries is a plusFluency in English is requiredJob BenefitsRelocation and EmploymentWe offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
