Role-Tableau Support EngineerExperience-5-8 yearsLocation- Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDuration- 6 months + Extendable · 5+ years of hands experience on Tableau· Proficiency in writing/debugging complex SQL queries involving multiple joins (inner, outer, cross), subqueries, and CTEs· Expertise in developing SQL Stored Procedures, Functions & Views in MS SQL Server· Experience in Operation support, processes involved. – incident management, handling (L1/L2/L3) and service requests· Should be aware of ITIL fundamentals· Collaborate with various stakeholders (IT, Business, users) to understand the issue and resolve the same.· Should have working experience with Service Now – in handling, tracking and closing incidents/requests.· Flexible to work in shifts· Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling. Expertise in supporting / fixing complex, interactive dashboards in Tableau
