Tableau Expert / BI Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Tableau Expert / BI Developer to join our data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical reports that drive business insights and support decision-making. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to transform data into actionable intelligence.*The candidate must be a Saudi nationalKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate business insights.Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Create data models to support scalable and efficient reporting.Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all BI deliverables.Apply storytelling and visualization best practices to communicate findings clearly and persuasively.Support data governance and management practices, especially when working with large-scale data environments (data warehouses, data lakes).Assist in performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions.Qualifications & Skills3–5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Visualization role.Excellent Tableau skills – strong proficiency in building complex dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, and visual analytics.Fluent in SQL, with solid experience in querying, joining, and aggregating large datasets.Experience with data modeling and understanding of ETL processes.Knowledge of basic to medium-level statistics for data interpretation and analysis.Exposure to financial services or banking sector is a strong plus.Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and automation is an advantage.Experience working with large organizations and understanding data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles is preferred.Certifications or online training in data storytelling, visualization, or BI tools are highly desirable.Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.Preferred CertificationsTableau Desktop Specialist / Tableau Certified AssociateSQL or Database Management certificationData Storytelling or Visualization Design certificateWhy Join UsWork with a collaborative and forward-thinking data team.Opportunity to engage with large-scale data projects and enterprise clients.Continuous learning and certification support in Tableau and modern BI tools.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
