We have a unique and dynamic team that is focused on results, and employment opportunitiesThe OpportunityEon is seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to transform complex data into actionable insights.In This Role You WillDesign, develop, and deploy interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards and visualizations.Translate business needs into technical specifications and BI solutions.Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards to improve performance and usability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand reporting requirements.Implement Tableau Cloud beyond server.Conduct data analysis using SQL or other tools to support dashboard development.Automate and schedule Tableau reports as needed.Maintain documentation related to dashboards, data sources, and definitions.You Will Be a Good Fit If You HaveExperience in a healthcare, SaaS, or financial services environment.Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.Understanding of data security and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in Tableau development.Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Experience working with large and complex datasets.“So what’s in it for me,” you ask?We pride ourselves on being a culture-based company buzzing with high-energy.
