This role is fast-paced, detail-driven, and often high-pressure. You’ll need to be a confident problem solver, comfortable working independently and as part of a team. This position blends operational coordination, logistics, and client service. It involves a great deal of computer-based work along with high-touch guest interaction. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing responsive and polished service by phone, email, and in personCreate detailed quotes and custom itineraries that align with our service standards and client expectationsSchedule aircraft and assign crew in accordance with Transport Canada regulationsCoordinate all logistics for trips including customs clearance, ground transportation, catering, FBO arrangements, and slot confirmationsSupport guest check-ins and departures in our private lounge, offering assistance with documentation, luggage, and refreshmentsTrack and monitor flights using software platforms, providing timely updates to clients and service providersMaintain accurate flight records and prepare post-flight billingAssume responsibility for the ELF program with diligence and precision and other administrative tasksWork flexible rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call supportWhat We’re Looking For:
Flexible availability to support a rotating scheduleMinimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service roleStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and comfort with learning new softwareA diploma or degree in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Aviation, or Hospitality is an assetA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting skillsAbility to make quick decisions and adapt in real-timeDriven by excellence with a desire to keep learning and improvingA strong team player who can also work independently in high-stakes situationsPositive energy, professionalism, and a “take on the world” attitudeApply NowWe believe in redefining what it means to serve others.
