Responsibilities:Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, manage assessment process with hiring managers on selected tools, handle end to end recruitment process).Analyze and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.Monitor all sourcing activities and manage all corporate resources and implement all applicant tracking systems and collaborate with hiring manager.Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related fields 5 – 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or HRM PractitionerHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Targeted selection knowledge and behavioral based interviewThai labor law and other that of other countries where our businesses are operated.Able to builds scalable talent acquisition programs and processes, inclusive of sourcing platforms, social media recruitment strategies, interview training and feedback processes.Knowledge in assessment tools and methodology
