Job Summary:Oversee end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates. Collaborate with departments on job analysis and role definitions while optimizing hiring strategies to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Job Duties:Drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding to ensure timely and effective hiring.Identify and engage high-quality candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.Conduct preliminary screenings, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and shortlist for hiring managers.Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.Partner with hiring manager to understand workforce needs, job specifications, and talent requirements. Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to optimize hiring processes. Stay informed about industry trends, talent market insights, and best recruitment practices to attract top talent.
