Job TitleTalent Acquisition Coordinator, APACJob Description SummaryAs part of the People Services Team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support for daily HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for queries from recruiters, hiring managers, coordinators, and applicants. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate pre-employment records and ensuring all talent acquisition processes are executed efficiently, compliantly, and on time.Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the candidate lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.Manage candidate records, contracts, pre-employment requirements, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and statutory regulations.Handle first-level queries, maintain accurate data in HR systems (e.g., Workday), and generate hiring-related reports and metrics.Partner with broader HR functions to ensure smooth processes and a positive candidate experience.Assist with process improvements, expense reconciliation, and initiatives to attract and identify top talent.About YouBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.Relevant experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Acquisition Coordination.Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and strong organizational and communication skills.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
